What do you think the odds are in the us getting this colorado based trailblazer? Tooling is already here, engine is certified and with the not an everest but totally an everest bronco coming back...do you think there is room for another 7 seat true suv?

I think that would really hurt Tahoe sales, considering how well it sells GM would not take that risk bringing it over.

The Tahoe/Suburban has really lost its way, and GM needs something offroadish, BUT it’ll be another Fiero/Corvette situation and GM would never allow another model to cannibalize K2XX sales. So no, I doubt we’ll get it.

I’m really interested in this “not an Everest” Bronco. Once in a while Ford knows how to make a splash.
They’re late to the party with Ranger, they neutered Explorer into a Taurus wagon, they have all the CUVs they can sell. They need to need to make a statement with the Bronco. And it can’t be another market competitive machine.

Toyota has been very successful with two midsizers: Highlander and 4Runner. I say there is room for a CUV Blazer and a BOF Trailblazer.

I would think so.
